10 jumping jacks at every beer or alcohol commercial
10 squats at every commercial with an animal in it
20 second plank at every commercial involving meat
5 push-ups at every commercial involving paper or cleaning products
8 oz water chug at every commercial involving soda, water, sports drink or juice
